Abstract:
Absorption of EU funds during the economic crisis has become one of the main objectives of the government, increase absorption, is perceived as one of the main economically viable solutions regarding economic impasse by developing administrative capacity, infrastructure, competitiveness and human resources. Implementation of operational programs contributed during (2007- 2013) to prioritize legislative measures regarding sustainable development objectives. Development of sustainable programs aimed at training retraining people in rural/urban to animate and competitive labor market in Romania has been one of the main objectives of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development (OP HRD 2007-2013). Through OP HRD, about 1,650,000 people in Romania can benefit from training, scholarships, support for business innovation and initiating measures for social inclusion, all these people are part of what we call conceptual "group target "which subsequently leads to a direct influence on the dynamics and sustainable development of the labor market in Romania. This paper aims to carry out a brief analysis of how the implementation of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development (OP HRD 2007-2013) influenced the labor market in Romania in terms of its growth and sustainable development, with the starting point of the annual reports implementation and evaluation of the operational program and the experience of direct beneficiaries.
