Abstract:
The research aims to foresee the connection between the competences of youngsters achieved during the years of higher education and the demands of companies’ managers, seen as future employers. Several hypotheses were created which were tested on a sample made of 28 students in Marketing of the University of Craiova. The data will be analyzed with the use of the SPSS informatics program, making use of statistic functions: descriptive statistics, correlation and factor analysis.
