Abstract: The annual budget execution over the last year, especially the projection for the year 2014 was born budget lively debate that find an echo in the deep mass - the national average, far exceeding Arial specialists reverberations of these debates is a pessimistic note more or less justified. On a scroll overall budget projections next year in revenues find their connections with dynamic database macro-economic and fiscal measures intended to apply to the expenditure projections find them insufficiently. In this article we try to present these issues from a scientific perspective, and reveals the impact of the state budget, thus the entire 2014 general consolidated budget, the economic environment has on his ensemble, thus the impact on the population.
