Abstract:
Improving economic activity in a business depends on the legislative framework. Thus, we have conducted a study that aimed to correlate the legislative changes with the economic activity of the medical laboratories in Romania. This article highlights through the conducted research the legislative contributions to the improvement of the economic activity in Romanian medical laboratories. I conclude that the legislative changes in the period 2010-2015 had a positive impact on the economic activity of medical laboratories in Romania and the quality of their activities.
