Abstract: Financial literacy is a significant factor for the wellbeing of the individuals, families, financial institutions and society in general. Surveys performed nationally or worldwide showed that the level of financial literacy is low in some countries and very low for specific population segments. Considering this, a partnership of six European organisations from finance and education fields designed an e-course tailored and aimed to three key target segments: secondary students, university students and adults. It is a website-based, easy to use, dynamic, straightforward and attractive e-course. It was called FLY (“Financial Literacy for You”).
