Abstract:
Education plays a key role in shaping knowledge about nutrition, food safety and sustainable practices, helping to raise awareness and shape consumption habits. As consumers become more educated, they develop a deeper understanding of the health effects of food and its impact on the environment. In a world where consumption decisions are influenced by a multitude of economic, social and cultural factors, education stands out as a transformative factor. The article highlights the impact that educational investment can have on food preferences, proposing an innovative perspective on how education can foster a more conscious and informed relationship with food.
