Abstract: This study analyzes the main evolutionary trends of e-commerce, mainly determined by artificial technology and digitalization. The introductory part presents this implementation way of artificial intelligence in e-commerce and its main future evolution trends. In the first part, the expansion of the use of chatbots and intelligent virtual assistants using NLP techniques is analyzed using statistical data, and in the second part, the influence of personalized marketing and the expansion of e-commerce platforms. The third part analyzes the mobile commerce (m-commerce), the main trend in the development of e-commerce. Finally, brief conclusions are presented, which of course also take into account the ethical side of future e-commerce trends.
