Abstract:
Internal communication is fundamental to the cohesion and performance of public institutions. This paper explores how clear, consistent internal communication enhances organizational efficiency, supports decision-making processes, and fosters a transparent and accountable working environment. It highlights common communication challenges within public administration and argues for the need to professionalize internal communication practices to strengthen institutional effectiveness.
