Abstract:
While the exact definition of craft beer is arguable, there is no doubt we are in the midst of a global renaissance, primarily driven by world-wide income growth and preferences toward quality and variety. This theme analyzes craft beer growth globally and efforts to establish and maintain a collective reputation.
