Abstract:
Upper Midwest banks are experiencing difficulty when trying to find specialized training for their new and inexperienced ag lending officers and support staff. The Ag Committee of the South Dakota Bankers Association decided to take action to correct the problem. Thirty South and North Dakota students recently successfully completed the first beginning ag lender school held in South Dakota.
