USDA, Farm Service Agency guaranteed lending: The high-volume approach

Abstract: Gold Bank (Enid, Oklahoma) has 61 locations across Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Florida. in Oklahoma, Gold Bank is the largest ag bank and the largest Farm Service Agency (FSA) lender. the bank is also the first Oklahoma bank to become an FSA Preferred Lender (PLP). Gold Bank is also a PLP lender in Kansas, Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Approximately 25% of the ag portfolio is guaranteed. The bank views a guaranteed loan as a partnership with the customer and government through FSA.
