Toolbox for tough times
David M Kohl
American Bankers Association, 2002, vol. 15, issue 2
Abstract:
The first decade of the 21st century will provide unique tough times. For some ag lenders, it will require developing a de-marketing strategy that eliminates customers who exhibit competitive challenges and early warning signs. Others may be faced with a portfolio that requires more extensive workout strategies. A game plan to mitigate risk, including effective communications, will be necessary.
