Bankers need to comment on key FCA lending regs
American Bankers Association
American Bankers Association, 2003, vol. 16, issue 4
Abstract:
An extremely important review of 2 key Farm Credit System lending regulations that go to the heart of the FCS lending abuses that increasingly threaten the ability of bankers to compete against FCS associations have been launched by the Farm Credit Administration. The 2 regulations in question are the lending objective regulation and the rural home financing regulation. Other news of interest to the agricultural lending industry is presented.
