Abstract:
The Australian beef industry currently uses three supply chain performance measures: Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Activity Based Costing (ABC). An application of the Balanced Scorecard to the supply chain is proposed for Australian cattle producers.
