Agrekon, 1992, vol. 31, issue 3
Abstract:
In this article the demand for bread over the past number of years is analysed on a monthly basis. This is supplemented by an econometric analysis of factors which influence the demand for bread. Time-series data were used for the analyses. Results accentuate, contrary to the present situation, the necessity of a differential marketing strategy and policy for white and brown bread.
