Abstract:
The purpose of paper is to determine methodological basics for development of content of evaluation of efficiency of activity of management staff and providing important social and psychological peculiarities when carrying out it. This purpose was implemented via description of content and organization aspects of evaluation. Its justified directions became a methodological basis for building criteria system for evaluation of efficiency of activity of management staff. It has a unified view and determines the basis for formation of modified index systems. A scientific novelty of the developed criteria system grounds on complex approach and highlighting a generalized criterion in a complex approach which is characterized by a specific synergetic effect. Organizational support of the evaluation is provided by a complex of principles for carrying out it, and description of social and psychological peculiarities of implementation of its functions, which ensures the efficiency of feedback in management process.
