RURAL WOMEN AND THE RURAL LABOUR MARKET IN BANGLADESH: AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS

Saleha Begum and Martin Greeley

Bangladesh Journal of Agricultural Economics, 1979, vol. 02, issue 2, 21

Despite political and economic conditions that discriminate against the rural poor there are opportunities to benefit the poorest by operating programmes exclusively for poor women.
