Abstract: The financial management may be the place where the conflicts between the two poles of the copperative organisation (the association and the enterprise), arise with more evidence. This monography studies during 15 years, how the resources fullfit the financial needs in a small dairy coop. The subcription of share capital, and the self financing behavior of the coop are also studied. And the authors tried to make clear that a specific financial management can exist in cooperative organisations, especially in these two fields.
