Les méthodes d'élaboration des plans de développement
Jean Sébillotte
Économie rurale, 1981, vol. 141
Abstract:
Development plans, instruments which were introduced in the French agricultural policy, are drawn up in similar ways as much as the problem to be solved is the same : to forecast the technical, economical and financial evolution of a farm over about six years. These methods vary however due to their origin, in general prior to 1 972 and to the preoccupations of those who conceived them. The article takes stock at the position in 1980.
