Abstract:
This analysis of trade associations specialized by product aims to a better understanding of the links between two sets : ways of protecting specifics interest and trade societies with largescope. The understanding of their origin and of the development of this typical trade associations, especially about their connections with the building up of agricultural policies, should lead to a better appraisal of the ways by which interests of french farmers are defended among themselves.
