La transition dans le secteur agro-alimentaire tchèque: de la propriété publique à la propriété privée

Abstract: After describing the privatization process and its first results, we study its impact regarding restructuration, in the example of the agrofood sector. In this paper, we develop the conditions of this restructuration by new property rights and consequences of changes in socio-economical relations. These changes are dominating and lead the manager and not the owner to restructure.
