Abstract: Summary : We regrouped the fruit farms of Tarn-et-Garonne around 3 poles: big specialized farms producing apples and pears, middle farms associating animal husbandry with plum trees and dessert grapes, little farms, owned by no full time farmer, producing dessert grapes. <
