Rapport à l'emploi et processus d'exclusion dans les espaces ruraux: un cadre d'analyse

Philippe Perrier-Cornet, Yannick Sencébé and Jean-Pierre Sylvestre

Économie rurale, 1997, vol. 242

Abstract: The exclusion process cannot be analyzed apart from the mechanism of professionnal socialization, because the laborious activity is a central element of the identity construction in our societies. In the case of rural areas, the exclusion problem is apprehended from the hypothesis that, in them, its expressions are neither uniform nor a simple extend, more or less important, of urban phenomenons. They are not specific phenomenons, either only suiting the increase of previous situations of parenty and precariousness in rural societies.
