Le droit des relations entre producteurs et grands distributeurs de produits alimentaires
Didier Ferrier
Économie rurale, 1998, vol. 245-246
Abstract:
In view of rapidly evolving bargaining positions between farmers and supermarket distribution chains, many regulations of all kinds have been edicted recently. In general, they have been poorly efficient in settling and avoiding disputes. It is suggested here that mutually beneficial synergies, deriving from contracts, could be more effective. On such basis, the Law is not a constraint anymore, but rather a tool which helps in reaching agreement.
