Les biotechnologies dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire: champ d'application et impact economique

Abstract: After the presentation of the biotechnological fields and their economical stakes in food industry, we investigated the different steps of biotechnological processes. We specified the position of Food Companies at each level of the process in order to evaluation strengths and weaknesses of our industry and then to define future prospects for the biotechnologic's development.
