Les coats de production laitiere au Royaume-Uni
Alison Margaret Burrell
Économie rurale, 1990, vol. 195
Abstract:
This study analyses the dynamics of regional development which try to create local monopolies and to get a better value for these products than if they were commercialised on more competitive markets, owing to their high quality and image attached to their soil. The study concerns the cheese networks protected by an appellation controlee , in three european countries : Franche Comte, Auvergne, Emilia-Romagna. The conditions of production and the economic results of these regional systems, their general organisations, the means of their durability and finally their perspectives, especially in the context of the european economic policy, are analysed in this work.
