FIATAL GAZDÁK AZ AGRÁRSZEKTORBAN (EGY PRIMER KUTATÁS EREDMÉNYEINEK ISMERTETÉSE)

Abstract: Az Európai Unióra, benne Magyarországra is jellemző, hogy a mezőgazdaságban dolgozók aránya folyamatosan csökken. „Az Európa 2020: Az intelligens, fenntartható és inkluzív növekedés” stratégiájával való összhang megteremtése érdekében a Közös Agrárpolitika vidékfejlesztési pillére hat prioritásra épül a mezőgazdaságra, az erdészetre és az élelmiszer-feldolgozásra kiterjedően. A megfogalmazott célok megvalósítása mellett kiemelt szerepet kapnak a fiatal mezőgazdasági termelők, hiszen a fiatalok agráriumban betöltött szerepe nélkülözhetetlen a mezőgazdaság jövője szempontjából. A primer kutatás középpontjában a Dél-alföldi Régió fiatal gazdái állnak. A gazdák megkérdezésére a mélyinterjút alkalmaztam. Véleményem szerint a megkérdezett fiatal gazdák kiemelt feladatuknak tartják a környezet védelmét, a fenntartható mezőgazdaság megvalósulását, melyek a 2014-től érvénybe lépő új keretrendszerben a vidékfejlesztés kiemelt irányait jelentik. Célkitűzéseim között szerepelt annak a felmérése, hogy a fiatal gazdák milyen indíttatásból kezdtek el mezőgazdasági tevékenységgel foglalkozni, hogyan ítélik meg a jelenlegi támogatási lehetőségeket, miként vélekednek a fenntartható mezőgazdaságról és hogyan látják jövőbeni lehetőségeiket. ----------------------------------------------------------In the European Union and in Hungary the proportion of people employed in agriculture is continuously decreasing. In order to ensure alignment with the strategy “Europe 2020: smart, sustainable and inclusive growth”, the pillar of rural development of the Common Agricultural Policy will be based on six priorities in the fields of agriculture, forestry and food processing. Apart from achieving these goals, young agricultural producers will be taking a prominent role as the engagement of young people in the agrarian sector is indispensable for the future of the sector. In my study I examined the various reasons why young agricultural producers had started agricultural activities, and to what extent they consider it their key task to make agriculture sustainable and to protect the land and their environment.
