A GAZELLÁK HÚZZÁK A MAGYAR GAZDASÁGOT? – AVAGY A GYORSAN NÖVEKVŐ KKV-K JELLEMZŐI, HAZAI HELYZETÜK

Abstract: A nemzetgazdaságok többségében az alkalmazandó gazdaságpolitika kulcskérdése a gazdasági növekedés ütemének növelése, a munkanélküliségi ráta csökkentése, illetve a foglalkoztatottság növelése. A gazdasági szakemberek és a gazdaságpolitikusok keresik a megoldás kulcsát. A tartós és fenntartható növekedési pálya kulcsfigurái a mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások (kkv) lehetnek. Az eredményeik alapján a kkv-ék a kutatások középpontjába kerültek, melyet megerősít az utóbbi években megjelenő, dinamikusan fejlődő gazella típusú vállalkozások megjelenése. A tanulmány a kkv szektor gazella típusú vállalkozásaival foglalkozik. A kutatásunk célja a kkv-ék és a gazella vállalkozások jobb megismerése, a gazellává válás folyamatának vizsgálata, illetve az elméleti gondolatok összevetése a gyakorló vállalkozóktól kérdőíves és interjú formájában kapott információkkal. A kutatáshoz hipotéziseket állítottunk fel, vizsgáltuk azok érvényességét. Az eredményeink megerősítették, hogy a kkv-ék nemzetgazdasági jelentősége egyre fontosabbá válik, érvényesülésüknek, növekedésüknek meg kell teremteni a vállalkozó barát környezetet (szabályozó rendszer, támogatások, pályázatok stb.). Az erős kkv szektor gazdasági teljesítményének növekedése segíti az egyes gazdaságok növekedési pályára állását és a foglalkoztatottságban betöltött szerepük társadalompolitikai, szociológiai problémákat old meg. ----------------------------------------------------- A key issue of the most of national economies for an applicable policy is increasing the economic growth, reducing the unemployment rate and increasing employment. The economists and economic politicians are looking for the solution. Durable and sustainable growth track drivers could be the micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Based on the results the SMEs have got into the focus of researches, which has confirmed by the appearance of dynamically developing Gazelle enterprises during the past few years. This study deals with the Gazelle types enterprises of SMEs sector. The aim of our research a better understanding the SMEs as well as the process of becoming Gazelle firms, and a comparison of the theoretical ideas with the received information getting from operating enterprises by a questionnaire and interviews. For the research hypotheses have been set up and their validity were examined. The results confirmed that the SMEs becomes more and more important economic significance of national economy, and the business friendly environment (regulatory system, grants, competitions, etc.) of their operation and growth has to be created. Increased the economic performance of a strong SMEs sector could help economies getting growing path and their role in the employment solves social political and sociological problems.
