INFORMÁCIÓS RENDSZEREK ALKALMAZÁSÁNAK VIZSGÁLATA A MAGYARORSZÁGI HÚSIPARI VÁLLALKOZÁSOKNÁL

Abstract: A húsipari ellátási láncban részt vevő cégek számára a törvényi szabályozások és előírások egyre szigorodnak, valamint az utóbbi években (a média néha eltúlzott botránykeltése miatt) az emberek aggodalma is rohamosan nőtt az élelmiszeripar e területével szemben. Ezek a problémák komoly terhet rónak a húsiparban tevékenykedő vállalatokra, ezért folyamatosan nő a vállalatirányítási információs rendszerek iránti érdeklődés és kereslet. Így az információs rendszerek fejlesztése és bevezetése a versenyképesség fokozása szempontjából is elengedhetetlen a húsipari vállalkozásoknál. Az információs rendszerek hatékony alkalmazása napjainkban már nem kizárólag a vállalati tevékenység hatékonyságát javítja, hanem a piacon maradás feltétele. Kutatásunk célja az volt, hogy felmérjük az információs rendszerek alkalmazását a magyarországi húsipari vállalatok körében, mely moduljait használják a rendszereknek, és milyen előnyöket jelent ez számukra. Vizsgálatainkhoz egy olyan felmérést terveztünk, amelyből a vállalatok egy nagyobb csoportjától kaphatunk választ a téma szempontjából fontos kérdésekre. ---------- The laws and regulations of the companies involved in the meat supply chain are getting tighter and in recent years people’s concern has grown rapidly against this area of the food industry. These problems pose a serious burden on companies in the meat industry, therefore the interest and demand for information systems are constantly increasing. Thus, the development and introduction of information systems is indispensable for the competitiveness of meat companies. The effective use of these information systems nowadays not only improves the efficiency of corporate activity, but is also a precondition for staying on the market. The target of our research was the exploration of information systems at hungarian meat industry companies, which modules are used by the systems and what benefits they have for them. We have designed a survey from which a larger group of companies can respond to topics that are relevant to the subject.
