Abstract:
Possibilities for employment in agricultural cooperatives exists, specialli for skilled labour. There are at least one cooperatives in every village, whereby most of them need to employ skilled and young labour. Regrettably, most of cooperatives have insufficient finansial resourses for increasing employment, and need patronage and every support from state autority for this intention. Increase of employment in agricultural cooperatives would help cooperatives achieve better results, become more competitive, and improve the living standard in rural areas because of decrease of unemployment.
