FRUIT CONSUMPTION CHANGES IN SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO

Abstract:
In this paper authors analysed change in fruit consumption, and their final products in our country. Regional and socio-economic aspects of the fruit consumption was analysed. Time period of analyses is 1996-2002. Consumption per households is object of research. Other forms of consumption «so cold» institutional consumption is not covered. According research we can notice, that consumption is slowly growing, but still is pretty down in comparased to optimal value. There are important differens in the level of consumption by regions and category of households, depends of the purshaning power.
