Abstract:
Farmers are expanding their use of the internet, including e-commerce. Larger, younger, and better educated farmers are leading the charge. This article identifies factors that influence how likely particular markets are to form on the internet and identifies example internet and identifies example internet sites already used by farmers for e-commerce.
