Abstract: The article considers inefficiency of the existing quality management systems (QMS) based on standards ISO series 9000. The authors offer integrated QMS with limiting factors on Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard with limiting factors helps to efficiently direct process of continuous improvement and achieve top-priority criteria in quality management domain.
