EFETIVIDADES DE PROGRAMAS DE REFORMA AGRÁRIA E EFEITOS SOBRE A SEGURANÇA ALIMENTAR DE AGRICULTORES FAMILIARES DO TERRITÓRIO DO VALE DO RIO VERMELHO-GO

Abstract: Os direcionamentos deste trabalho estão articulados com o percurso de análise das políticas públicas em contextos territoriais e seu objeto reporta-se ao processo de pesquisa das eficácias, dos entraves institucionais e organizacionais e dos aprimoramentos dessas iniciativas, tendo como recorte analítico a temática da segurança alimentar tratada de maneira ampla, a partir de elementos econômicos, sociais e culturais. O objetivo principal desta formulação não é apresentar apenas um estudo de caso, mas caminhos para investigação e comparação de duas políticas públicas: O Programa Nacional de Crédito Fundiário e o Programa de Assentamentos Rurais, observados no Território Rural “Vale do Rio Vermelho” em Goiás, tornando-se este trabalho um esforço para preencher lacunas existentes nos ambientes gestores para a avaliação de políticas públicas de Reforma Agrária, particularmente no que tange à segurança alimentar dos agricultores familiares. ---- The directions of this work are articulated through public policy analysis in territorial contexts and its object refers to the process of evaluation of the efficiency, institutional and organizational barriers and enhancements from these initiatives. The analytical approach addresses the issue of food safety broadly, includingeconomic, social and cultural aspects. The main objective is not only to present a case study, but to establish a research framework and the comparison of two public policies: The National Land Credit and Rural Settlements Program, incorporated in the Rural Territory “Vale do Rio Vermelho” in the State of Goiás, making this work an effort to fill gaps in existing management environments to evaluate public policies of agrarian reform, particularly with regard to food safety for small farmers.
