Pozyskiwanie Srodków Finansowych na Inwestycje na Terenach Wiejskich w Małopolsce w Ramach Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich

Abstract: The paper analyzes the issue of raising funds for investment in the Małopolska Province, within the framework of the Rural Development Programme for the years 2007-2013. The study focused on selected activities under Axis 3. “ Quality of life in rural areas and diversification of the rural economy “ and Axis 4. “ Leader “, which are designed to contribute to the development of infrastructure in rural areas. The scope included proceeds of the grant in terms of quantity per km2 and per capita. The value of the assets acquired as part of the analyzed measures average in district amounts to 37 624.7 thousand PLN, which gives 48.5 thousand PLN per km2 and 298,0 PLN per person. On the basis of the data obtained was carried out spatial analysis, which specifies the height of the indicators examined in individual counties. This analysis showed diversity of districts, depending on geographic location. The dependence of the analyzed indicator, depending on the geographical location of the district is most evident in the case of the grant calculated per capita.
