Ocena stopnia zrównoważenia gospodarstw mlecznych w oparciu o wybrane wskaźniki produkcyjne i agroekologiczne

Abstract: The paper present estimation of dairy farms for requirements of good principles of agricultural practices in aspects of adaptation to good agricultural practice. Research were concentrated in the area of lubelskie and podlaskie provinces, in farms near dairy companies, that makes guarantee of market of milk and it effects perfecting of production. The most of tested dairy farms showed a positive nitrogen balance in excess of the allowable amount of 30 kg N per ha of agricultural land, which in turn creates a danger to the environment due to leaching of nitrogen into the deeper layers of the soil and the groundwater. Favorable balance of nutrients and an index of soil cover by plants reached the farms with have weaker soils. The soil organic matter balance developed as is generally preferred.
