Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the importance of awareness of eco-labeling opinions about organic products. To fulfill this aim a questionnaire survey was conducted on a group of young consumers. Results indicate a significant relationship between the declared awareness of eco-labels and market behaviour as well as a willingness to pay a higher price for organic products.
