The article justifies the thesis that institutional surroundings of the CAP, concerning the environmental functions of agricultural households, are the cause of generalization of institutional reflexivity among its users, as well as, the cause of the increase in significance of the expert knowledge as far as decisions concerning production and transaction are concerned.
