Zmiany organizacyjne i ekonomiczne w gospodarstwach rolniczych we wsi Kopce w latach 1945-2015

Abstract: The article presents economic and organization changes that took place from 1945 to 2015 in “Kopce” village in relation to contemporary theories of the development of agriculture. In order to collect the relevant data direct interview with the residents of the village was taken and intensive review of historical literature (subject) was done. The current study showed that the period followed interpenetration of the theoretical concept of the agricultural development in the village Kopce. The cultural and historical causes, inspired the changes from inside through generational change as a dominant influence. It was also observed that in the year 1980 to 2015 number of large farms and residents of rural areas significantly decreased.
