Ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych w cyklu życia biopaliw z uwzględnieniem pośrednich zmian użytkowania gruntów

Roczniki (Annals), 2017, vol. 2016, issue 2

Abstract: The aim of the research was to estimate emissions and greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions resulting in the full life cycle of biofuels and to determine what effect on the reduction of GHG emissions will be when taking into account the additional issue related to the implementation of ILUC. The field N2O emission estimated by the IPCC were replaced by more accurate emissions obtained from the DNDC model. It was found that the production of bioethanol, ensuring compliance with the criteria of sustainable production and acquisition reduction of GHG emission (including ILUC) > 50% is possible from wheat and corn production from tillage with crop residues incorporation or reduced tillage with leaving crop residues at the field. From 2017 obtaining of 50% minimum reduction in the biodiesel production requires the oilseed cultivation in tillage system with crop residues incorporation or reduced tillage system with leaving the straw on the field (with the exception of lubuskie province).
