Abstract:
The aim of the study was to present the diversity consumption of fruit, their preserves and fruit and vegetable juices in the different types of polish households distinguished on the grounds of the socio-economic group and income level, as well as to identify changes in the consumption of fruit in separate types of families in 2007-2014. The highest consumption of fresh fruit appeared in households of retirees and pensioner and in the families with the highest income. The highest consumption of fruit preserves and juices was observed among employees in non-manual labour positions und self-employed. In the all types of households decreased the consumption of apples and berries, while the consumption of exotic fruit increased. In the most type of families increased the consumption of fruit preserves and decreased the consumption of juices.
