Działalność prośrodowiskowa przedsiębiorstw mleczarskich po wstąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej

Abstract: The ecological policy of European Union is in considerable grade based on the concept of sustainable development. It defines the main directions of industrial activities in this field, inclusive of enterprises in the agri-food sector. The dairy companies because of their production are polluting the natural environment with respect to the atmosphere, water and ground. The domestic companies have to make an effort leading to the ecologisation of production process, i.e. to initiate proenvironmental activities in their broad sense. This behaviour is connected with the necessity of adaptation to the requirements of the EU directives. The dairy companies began to implement these activities after Polish accession to the EU. / Synopsis. Polityka ekologiczna Unii Europejskiej, oparta w znacznej mierze o zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju, określa główne kierunki działań przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych, w tym przedsiębiorstw sektora rolno-spożywczego. Przedsiębiorstwa mleczarskie w toku produkcji obciążają środowisko naturalne pod względem zanieczyszczenia zarówno atmosfery, jak i wód i gleby. Przedsiębiorstwa rodzime chcąc sprostać wymaganiom stawianym przez dyrektywy unijne muszą podejmować działania zmierzające do ekologizacji procesu produkcji, czyli do wprowadzania szeroko pojmowanych działań prośrodowiskowych w obrębie swojej jednostki. Przedsiębiorstwa mleczarskie po wstąpieniu Polski do UE takie działania zaczęły wdrażać.
