Ocena wsparcia publicznego rolnictwa w Polsce – wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract: European integration created new conditions for functioning of Polish economy. The development of rural areas and agriculture depends to a large extent on the financial support from the national budget and from the EU. This creates a chance to implement a modernisation process in agriculture and allows for effective social and economic changes in agriculture.The aim of this paper is to make a preliminary evaluation of effectiveness of public funding from the national and the EU budget in Polish agriculture. The analysis will be based on data from the FADN system with application of panel models. / Synopsis. Integracja europejska stworzyła nowe warunki funkcjonowania polskiej gospodarki. Rozwój wsi i rolnictwa zależy w dużej mierze od wysokości transferów z budżetu krajowego jak i unijnego, co stwarza szansę na uruchamianie procesów modernizacyjnych w rolnictwie i pozwala na dokonanie szybkich zmian społeczno-ekonomicznych na wsi. Celem artykułu jest wstępna ocena efektywności wykorzystania wsparcia budżetowego (zarówno krajowego, jak i unijnego) rolnictwa w Polsce. Analiza przeprowadzona zostanie w oparciu o dane systemu FADN z wykorzystaniem modeli panelowych.
