Abstract:
The paper presents the state of the EU sugar market and the sugar beet market after the second year of their reform. The main purpose, i.e. reducing the sugar production by ca. 1/3 has been practically achieved. For Poland it means that from exporter our country, so far net exporter, will become a net importer of sugar. / Synopsis. Praca przedstawia sytuację na rynku cukru w UE po drugim roku reformy.
