Rozwój OZE na obszarach wiejskich i ich wpływ na środowisko przyrodnicze w opinii doradców rolnych

Abstract: All activities concerning the development of dispersed generation and prosumer energy are a significant component of sustainable development of rural areas. Wise and effective use of energy should be conducive to the social and economic boost in those areas, as well as an improvement in environmental benefits and the quality of life of their residents. Investments in renewable energy mean a decrease in the negative impact upon the environment (degradation of soil and landscape, pollution emission, generation of waste). A research analysis was conducted, based on the results of the survey research done in April 2014 among agricultural and environmental advisors from Pomorskie and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provinces. According to the surveyed, both the conditions of the energy infrastructure and the level of energy supply in the country are low. Although the increase in participation of RES in Poland is lower than in the EU, it does bring vast possibilities for the protection of environmental benefits of rural areas. / Synopsis. Działania dotyczące rozwoju energetyki rozproszonej i prosumenckiej stanowią znaczący element zrównoważonego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich. Mądre i efektywne wykorzystywanie energii winno się bowiem opierać na zasadach zrównoważonego rozwoju i sprzyjać rozkwitowi społeczno- gospodarczemu tych terenów, a także poprawie walorów środowiskowych i jakości życia mieszkańców. Inwestycje w energetykę odnawialną wiążą się z obniżeniem ujemnego wpływu na środowisko (degradacji gleb i krajobrazu, emisji zanieczyszczeń, powstawania odpadów). Analizę badawczą dokonano na podstawie wyników badań ankietowych, które zostały przeprowadzone w kwietniu 2014 roku wśród doradców rolnych i rolno środowiskowych z województw kujawsko- pomorskiego i pomorskiego. W opinii badanych, zarówno stan infrastruktury energetycznej, jak i poziom usług energetycznych na wsi jest niski. Chociaż wzrost udziału energii z OZE w Polsce jest niższy, niż w UE, to jednak niesie ze sobą ogromne możliwości dla ochrony środowiskowych walorów obszarów wiejskich.
