Abstract: The aim of this paper is to assess the potential for production, economic and financial results of individual agricultural holdings in Wielkopolska and Śląsk FADN region when taking their economic size into consideration. The analysis shows that bigger holdings achieve definitely better economic results and are more competitive than small holdings. / Synopsis. Celem artykułu jest ocena potencjału produkcyjnego oraz wyników produkcyjno- ekonomicznych i finansowych indywidualnych gospodarstw rolnych w regionie FADN Wielkopolska i Śląsk, z uwzględnieniem ich wielkości ekonomicznej. Analiza pokazuje, że większe gospodarstwa osiągają zdecydowanie lepsze wyniki ekonomiczne i są bardziej konkurencyjne niż gospodarstwa małe.
