Abstract: The changes in employment in Polish agriculture in years 1996-2006 have been presented in the article. An extremely large regional differentiation of the employment rate in agriculture as well as regional structure heterogeneity has been pointed at. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono zmiany zatrudnienia w rolnictwie Polski w latach 1996-2006. Wskazano również na duże zróżnicowanie regionalne pod względem odsetka zatrudnionych w rolnictwie w poszczególnych województwach, jak również na regionalną różnorodność zmian tegoż zatrudnienia.
