Rola infrastruktury w procesach rozwoju obszarów wiejskich na przykładzie województwa wielkopolskiego

Abstract: The study identifies the role of infrastructure, with particular emphasis on social infrastructure, as one of the fundamental factors determining the rate that processes occur in rural development and guaranteeing the process of their convergence. It also presents the results of research on the assessment of satisfaction of Wielkopolska Voivodship rural population of the services provided by the basic components of social infrastructure. In the selection of the research sample was used non-random selection based on knowledge of studied population structure. Analysis of data obtained during the empirical research showed that today in the era of globalization processes, for people living in rural areas, services provided by the economic infrastructure are much more important than the services provided by social infrastructure. There are also significant differences in the evaluation of satisfaction with the services of social infrastructure. The services provided by the health care infrastructure and culture are judged to be sufficient, while the services offered by the sport infrastructure are assessed at the level of very good or good. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu wskazano na rolę infrastruktury, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem infrastruktury społecznej, jako na jeden z fundamentalnych czynników określających tempo zachodzących na obszarach wiejskich procesów rozwojowych oraz gwarantujących proces ich konwergencji. Zaprezentowano także wyniki badań dotyczące oceny zadowolenia mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich województwa wielkopolskiego z usług świadczonych przez podstawowe składniki infrastruktury społecznej. Zastosowano metodę doboru nielosowego opartego o znajomość struktury badanej populacji. Analiza danych uzyskanych podczas badań empirycznych pozwoliła jednoznacznie stwierdzić, że dla ludność zamieszkująca tereny wiejskie, usługi dostarczane przez infrastrukturę gospodarczą są znacznie ważniejsze, niż usługi świadczone przez infrastrukturę społeczną. Istnieją także znaczące różnice w oceny zadowolenia z usług infrastruktury społecznej. Usługi świadczone przez infrastrukturę ochrony zdrowia i infrastrukturę kultury oceniane są jako wystarczające, z kolei usługi oferowanym przez infrastrukturę sportu jako dobre i bardzo dobre.
