Abstract: The aim of the research presented in the article was to prepare, using the methods of linear ordering, the ranking of countries because of the potential to meet the demand for agricultural products. An additional aim, of a methodical, was to compare the two procedures, help in choosing the method of linear ordering. / Synopsis. Celem badań przedstawionych w artykule było sporządzenie, z wykorzystaniem metod porządkowania liniowego, rankingu państw ze względu na potencjalne możliwości zaspokojenia zapotrzebowania na produkty rolnicze. Celem dodatkowym, o charakterze metodyczny, było porównanie dwóch procedur wspomagających wybór metody porządkowania liniowego.
