Zarządzanie ekologicznymi gospodarstwami rolnymi w Polsce – badania własne uzupełnione o przykłady międzynarodowe

Abstract: In the article, the determinants of the start of organic agricultural production were identified, as well as those supporting the conversion process barriers for operating this type of farm. For the purposes of the study, organic status reports were used, drawn up by the GIJHARS, as well as the results of the study, which was carried out on a group of 55 organic farms. Conducted analysis show that the most important aspect of establishing an organic farm is the higher funding for organic farms relative to conventional. The biggest barrier to the organic farming is how to adapt nature and how to conduct farm management for organic farming. Among the barriers to organic farming, the most onerous is to obtain an adequate remuneration for organic products. This article presents the results of international research on organic farming in various countries of the world, in order to demonstrate that the problems of Polish organic farms are similar to organic farms in other countries in the early stages of development. / Synopsis. W artykule zidentyfikowano uwarunkowania rozpoczęcia ekologicznej produkcji rolnej jak również bariery towarzyszące procesowi konwersji i prowadzeniu tego typu gospodarstw. Na potrzeby opracowania wykorzystane zostały raporty o stanie rolnictwa ekologicznego sporządzane przez GIJHARS, a także wyniki badania własnego, przeprowadzonego na grupie 55 ekologicznych gospodarstw rolnych. Przeprowadzone analizy dowodzą, iż najistotniejszym aspektem, warunkującym założenie gospodarstwa ekologicznego, jest wyższe dofinansowanie do gospodarstw ekologicznych względem konwencjonalnych. Największą barierą, towarzyszącą założeniu gospodarstwa ekologicznego, jest dostosowanie charakteru i sposobu zarządzania gospodarstwem, do zasad prowadzenia rolnictwa ekologicznego. Wśród barier towarzyszących prowadzeniu gospodarstwa ekologicznego, najbardziej uciążliwe jest uzyskanie adekwatnego wynagrodzenia za wyroby ekologiczne. W artykule przedstawiono także wyniki badań międzynarodowych, dotyczące rolnictwa ekologicznego w różnych krajach świata, celem pokazania, że problemy polskich gospodarstw ekologicznych, są podobne do problemów gospodarstw ekologicznych w innych krajach, we wczesnym etapie rozwoju.
